Your Responsibilities As a Facilities Technician/HVAC Installer with us, you will have varied work with both indoor and outdoor property maintenance. Your main responsibilities include: Monitoring and maintaining properties. Troubleshooting and repairs. Contact with tenants, suppliers, and property managers. Handling maintenance requests. Reporting in our digital platforms. We're Looking for You if You Have previous experience in facilities management. Have strong knowledge in building systems, such as HVAC, electrical, and ventilation. Enjoy providing service and have strong communication skills. Have high interpersonal skills and can prioritize and structure your workday. Have a valid B driver's license (required).
