About the Role
As a Development Engineer, you are responsible for development, design, and technical support of both new and existing products. The role involves significant independent responsibility and close collaboration with multiple functions within the organization.
Main Responsibilities
Development and design of new and existing products.
Technical responsibility for products and technical solutions.
Creation, updating, and maintenance of technical documentation.
Collaboration with production, sales, and customers.
Participation in product development projects and continuous improvement work.
Technical problem-solving and quality investigations.
Contribute to the development of working methods, processes, and procedures.
What We're Looking For
Higher education or master's degree in mechanical engineering, product development, or equivalent.
Experience with mechanical design of precision components.
Strong CAD and drawing competency.
Experience from manufacturing or production industry.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious Experience
Experience with RF or microwave components, as well as radar or SatCom systems.
Product development within aerospace, defense, or space industry.
Experience with rotating seal solutions.
Knowledge of CFD and flow analysis.
Experience with testing and verification.
