The facility offers structured and individually tailored treatment in accordance with the Social Services Act (SoL). About the Role as Treatment Pedagogue/Social Pedagogue We work with commitment in everything concerning our clients. The role as treatment pedagogue/social pedagogue involves planning, implementing, and following up on educational and therapeutic interventions based on the individual's needs. The work is built on creating safe relationships, motivating change, and strengthening the individual's ability to be independent. It also includes documenting interventions and participating in planning meetings and development work. You serve as a support for the client, and together you develop strategies to achieve daily goals.
