The Career Counselor will be responsible for managing the comprehensive guidance process for individuals and conducting assessment interviews and individual guidance sessions. The goal is to create a well-developed career plan for each unique program participant. As our colleague, you will work closely with Ability's experienced leaders and colleagues to create a safe and supportive work environment. You will have the opportunity to develop and reach a high level of competence within the service and will be part of an extensive network that spans the entire country. You hold a degree in Career Counseling. If you have experience in career counseling, coaching/mentoring, career transition work, or similar, that is a plus but not a requirement.
