WORK DUTIES The night patrol provides assistance to people following a schedule containing the services the person has been approved for. Continuity is important so that users feel secure about when and by whom services are provided. Your assignment includes being a fixed care contact where you are responsible for, among other things, implementing care plans in collaboration with your team colleagues. You will also have other administrative tasks such as ongoing social documentation, handovers to other home care providers, and collaboration with the Alarm Patrol, etc. Smoking and pets may be present in some users' homes.
