About this role We are seeking a D365 Solution Architect to join our CRM team and help shape the future of customer engagement at Husqvarna Group. You will join the Battery Product Lab within R&D Handheld Battery Electric Products – a team of experienced and curious test engineers working close to the products and the development projects behind them. As a team, we support several development projects in parallel, sharing test responsibility, knowledge, and problem-solving. The work is hands-on and varied, combining laboratory testing, field testing, and analysis. Collaboration and technical discussions are a natural part of everyday work, and you will have colleagues who are just as interested in how and why things work as you are. About the role In this role, you work with testing and verification of handheld, battery-powered products such as grass trimmers, brushcutters, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, and chainsaws. The position is broad and gives you influence across large parts of the product development cycle. You are involved from planning and setting up tests to executing, analyzing, and following up results, making sure the products meet performance, functionality, and quality requirements before they reach the user. Do you have around three years of experience in accounting or auditing and want to continue developing in an international environment while helping to create tomorrow's finance department? Welcome to Husqvarna Finance! About the role: You will be part of our international organization Global Business Services (GBS) and belong to the Accounting Sweden team. You report to the Accounting Manager Sweden and work closely with colleagues in the Swedish organization and other functions across the group. In this role, you will primarily work with internal accounting and financial statement reporting. You actively contribute with analyses, ensure quality, and provide support to operations in Sweden and internationally. Together with the team, you will have the opportunity to explore new ways of working and technologies – such as digital solutions and tools within Finance – and help develop both processes and ways of working forward where knowledge sharing and collaboration are natural parts of everyday work. Your main responsibilities: Responsibility for parts of monthly and quarterly financial statements Participate in audits and ensure accurate financial reporting Work with analyses and support for operations Contribute to budgeting and forecasting work Perform account reconciliations and financial follow-ups Participate in driving improvement and efficiency initiatives in creating future finance, for example through automation and various AI solutions such as agent creation. Your profile: We are looking for someone who is engaged, analytical, curious, and has a strong quality focus. You thrive in a role where you can combine operational work with development and improvement. As a person, you are structured, thorough, and have the ability to both focus on details and see the bigger picture in a data-intensive environment where analyses, structure, and system understanding are central parts of your work. We see that you have: Post-secondary education in finance (university, college, or vocational school) At least three years of experience in qualified accounting or audit work Meritorious if you have a background as an auditor or accounting consultant, or have worked at a larger company Very good Excel skills and system familiarity Meritorious if you have experience with automation, AI, or working with digital tools within Finance (for example Finance solutions or finance agents) Interest in and understanding of financial processes Fluent Swedish and very good English, both spoken and written, as English is our group language and is used daily in the role Location: The position is located at our office in Huskvarna.
