Production Manager at our facility in Huskvarna Are you passionate about production matters and want to help create an operation that is constantly at the top? Then you have the opportunity with us! This position is a replacement for our current production manager who is moving on to new challenges. We operate in the textile service industry and 30 people work at the facility. We serve customers with pickup, washing and delivery of carpets. What does the role of Production Manager entail? As Production Manager you have overall responsibility for production and main responsibilities include: Production and staffing planning Reporting and monitoring of key metrics Drive change initiatives for increased productivity Develop and implement procedures and processes for optimal quality Work environment issues that are highly prioritized Collaborate with other departments for best results The position is part of the management team and you report to the site manager. Who are you? We are looking for someone with interest and experience in production planning and management, preferably from manufacturing industry and/or logistics. You have previously worked with KPIs and objective-based management and you have a clear drive forward. You don't hesitate to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion. You have a coaching approach and are good at motivating others to achieve the best results. We welcome a multicultural work environment and we hope you do too! What are your qualifications? In terms of education, you likely have a background as a higher education graduate or civil engineer, or alternatively you have acquired equivalent knowledge in another way. You have relevant IT skills and in addition to Swedish, you are fluent in English in speech and writing. You have a driver's license (category B). Why should you choose Elis?
