You will work proactively with service, sales, profitability, employee and guest satisfaction among our staff and guests in daily operations with a focus on à la carte dining and events. We place great importance on your personality and leadership abilities. Previous experience in a leadership position and knowledge of event and project management, food, beverages, and bar operations are meritable. You are results-oriented, responsible, structured, and meticulous. You can make decisions and prioritize in a high-tempo work environment while also creating efficiency and engagement for your team during slower periods. You are a leader who easily wins others' trust, has great professional pride, and is interested in people. You set high standards for yourself and your surroundings, ensure the business is conducted with care and attention to detail, and above all, you enjoy your work!
