Your profile We are looking for you with relevant higher education or university education in civil engineering, real estate development or urban planning. You have many years of experience working in early stages of real estate development, plans and programs, and at least five years of management experience in the civil engineering industry. You are a clear, present and trust-based leader who creates commitment and involvement in your team. You are consistent in your leadership and confident in standing up for and supporting your employees, even in challenging situations and complex issues. You have strong leadership and communication skills as well as good experience collaborating with consultants, contractors, authorities and other stakeholders. It is important that you have good knowledge of planning and building laws, real estate law and environmental legislation, as well as understanding of real estate economics and business aspects of projects. You work in a structured manner and have experience with budget and time planning.
