About the Company Designed Chemistry is an innovative specialist company in high-performance catalysts for polyolefin production. We develop and produce our own products and work closely with customers on development, pilot testing, and licensed manufacturing. Development and production take place in Sweden, but our suppliers and customers are located in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North America. We are a smaller company with short decision-making processes and great commitment. In total, we have approximately 20 employees and, together with consultants, around 30 people working to grow and inspire the industry to continue developing. About the Role As Logistics Manager, you will have a central and operationally close role with great variety and broad responsibility. You will be an important link between customers, suppliers, production, the laboratory, and the sales organization, and you are responsible for ensuring that the company's flows function efficiently from first customer contact to final delivery. The role extends far beyond traditional logistics and combines customer service, administration, purchasing, warehouse management, and production planning. You work with customer communication, order and quote administration, and plan and coordinate deliveries of both product samples and finished products. At the same time, you ensure the availability of raw materials through purchasing and forecasting work, manage transportation, and ensure that hazardous goods are shipped in accordance with applicable regulations. You also participate in production planning, inventories, and warehouse monitoring, and administer items and transactions in SAP Business One. Additionally, you work with safety data sheets, product information, and documentation related to chemical legislation and other regulatory requirements. We Are Looking for You You have post-secondary education in logistics, Supply Chain Management, industrial economics, or equivalent work experience. You have several years of experience working in a coordinating role where logistics, administration, and customer contact have been natural parts of your daily work. We would like to see that you have: ADR training or experience in hazardous goods transportation. Experience with international transportation and export documentation. Experience with business systems. Strong administrative skills and experience working in a structured manner. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
