Has documented experience with financial work, budgeting, and monitoring. Has experience with personnel responsibility and leading teams in an operational business. Thrives in a small organization where people help each other and decision-making pathways are short. Has good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and communicative. You enjoy creating order and clarity, while being unpretentious and willing to pitch in where needed.
