HR Partner - Temporary Position at Barilla in Filipstad At Barilla's factory in Filipstad, crispbread is manufactured under the Wasa brand. In recent years, operations have developed through extensive investments in both production equipment and facilities, creating favorable conditions for continued development and growth. We are now seeking an HR Partner for a temporary position who wants to contribute to developing both the business and the people working in it. This is a role for someone who thrives in an operationally-focused HR role where you combine day-to-day HR work with support to managers in an international organization. About the Role As an HR Partner, you will have an operationally-focused role working closely with managers and employees at the factory. You will support five department managers in matters related to employment law, personnel matters, occupational health and safety, and employee development, while also serving as a consultative support in their daily leadership. The role is broad and varied with a focus on operational HR work. You will handle everything from management support, employment law matters, and personnel issues to occupational health and safety, skills development, and rehabilitation matters. The work takes place in close collaboration with the facility's managers, employees, and other internal and external partners. You will work closely with the local HR manager and contribute to ensuring professional and operationally-focused HR support. The role offers great variety, many points of contact, and excellent opportunities to develop in several areas of HR work. Example Responsibilities Support and coach managers on operational HR issues and day-to-day leadership. Handle personnel matters and provide advice on employment law issues. Participate in rehabilitation and occupational health and safety matters together with managers, occupational health services, and other relevant parties. Ensure correct HR administration and documentation. Work in and update HR systems. Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and skills development initiatives. Contribute to the development of HR processes, procedures, and working methods. Participate in occupational health and safety work and health promotion initiatives. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with HR experience who thrives in a role with many points of contact. You enjoy working close to operations and like to support managers and employees with various types of HR-related questions. You ideally have experience with occupational health and safety matters, personnel issues, and rehabilitation questions, and feel comfortable supporting managers in these areas. At the same time, the role offers excellent opportunities to further develop your competencies. We believe you have Academic education in HR, personnel studies, or equivalent. Experience with operational HR work. Experience supporting managers or employees with HR-related questions. Basic knowledge of employment law and understanding of occupational health and safety and rehabilitation matters. Experience working with HR systems. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written. Meritorious Experience from manufacturing industry or other production operations. Experience from larger organizations or international environments. Experience with SAP. Other Information This is a full-time temporary position starting in October 2026 and is expected to last approximately 12 months. The position is located in Filipstad.
