Within the administration, a wide range of support services are offered to the city's residents, and the range changes based on stockholders' needs and district administrations' wishes. Here you work in a defined geographic area and travel between patients with our environmentally classified service cars. The office is centrally located in Farsta with good public transportation. About the role As a nurse with us, you have varied and developmental work where no evening is like the other. You supervise nursing assistants, make planned and acute home visits and are responsible for medical assessments and interventions in the patient's home. Part of your working time is spent on referral handling. The work ranges from simple care interventions to care with advanced medical equipment and technology.
