About us Aleris Basic Home Care operates on behalf of health centers and general practitioner clinics when they are closed – evenings, nights and weekends. We provide patients with safe and secure care at home and operate from five geographic locations in Stockholm County. We are part of Aleris Local Care together with ASIH, specialized palliative care, Rehab Station and Uppsala Local Emergency. Right now we are looking for a nurse for our office in Farsta. Here you work in a defined geographic area and travel between patients with our environmentally classified service cars. The office is centrally located in Farsta with good public transportation. About the role As a nurse with us, you have varied and developmental work where no evening is like the other. You supervise nursing assistants, make planned and acute home visits and are responsible for medical assessments and interventions in the patient's home. Part of your working time is spent on referral handling. The work ranges from simple care interventions to care with advanced medical equipment and technology. Together with our call center, we also handle calls from 1177 and SOS Alarm. Documentation is done in the journal system TakeCare and work shifts are scheduled in Epsilon. You also have an experienced administrative team to help with planning and coordination, so you can focus on the patients. Working hours are scheduled evenings 15:00–23:00 and daytime weekends 07:00–16:00. You work 2 of 5 weekends. We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse or district nurse with at least two years of experience. You have: B driving license Good computer skills Experience with the journal system TakeCare Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written It is an advantage if you have experience in home care. As a person, you are confident in your professional role, professional in your approach and have the patient's best interests in focus.
