The HR Department consists of 7 employees with different roles such as HR Specialist, negotiation strategist, staffing unit manager, digitalization strategist, and systems administrator, and we all work across all operational areas although some specialization exists. We are now looking for an HR Specialist. 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES At Östra Göinge, we believe that people and organizations develop when they receive the right support. For us, HR is about governance, support, and service—with support being the primary focus. We're not here to point out rules from the sidelines. We're here to help our managers succeed in their employer responsibilities. As an HR Specialist, you'll be an important part of creating the conditions for this every day. Most people who've worked in HR know that reality is rarely as straightforward as the law sometimes makes it appear. A manager comes with a problem. An employee has a different perspective. The organization needs to function today, while relationships and work environment must function tomorrow. Somewhere in all of that lies HR, and we're looking for an HR Specialist who thrives right there. You work closely with our managers and leadership team, providing guidance on matters concerning the relationship between employer and employee. You interpret laws and agreements, manage employment law matters from start to finish, and help make complex issues understandable in everyday practice. You help create structure by developing guidelines, procedures, and support materials. You contribute to developing our approach by translating what's written in law and agreements into something that actually works in practice. The role also includes collaboration and negotiations with our union partners as well as developing and delivering training for managers. The work includes elements that are developmental, challenging, and sometimes more routine—and this variety is part of what makes the role fun. You'll be part of an HR team with short decision-making paths, high trust, and shared responsibility for genuinely supporting the organization. We don't promise it will be easy, but we promise you'll get to use your knowledge, judgment, and ability to influence. QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for someone with an academic degree in Human Resources, Personnel and Working Life, Personnel Science, or equivalent. You have several years of experience in qualified HR work and are accustomed to independently supporting managers on employer matters. You have strong knowledge of employment law and experience handling employment law matters, negotiations, and collaboration. You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, and can transform paragraphs, agreement texts, and guidelines into something that's actually understandable and applicable. We believe that you: • are analytical and can see multiple perspectives simultaneously • have the courage to make assessments and stand firm in your judgment even when the answer isn't clear • are pedagogical and enjoy helping others understand • build trust by being clear, respectful, and attentive • work independently and take responsibility for your tasks, but also see the value in collaborating and contributing to a common whole • appreciate working together with others, even when you don't initially agree You also need to be comfortable with the fact that many HR questions begin with "It depends." Not because you're uncertain, but because reality is complex, people are different, and good HR work requires more than standard answers. Employment Type: Permanent employment.
