DUTIES We are now seeking a licensed Nurse for an evening shift within Home Health Care. The work hours are scheduled for evenings and the assignment covers the entire municipality, both in ordinary housing and special housing. The position includes working four weekends over a ten-week period. In your role as an evening nurse, you are responsible for providing safe and high-quality medical care and nursing. Your duties consist of both planned and acute medical assessments, treatments, and follow-ups of care measures, including end-of-life care. You are responsible for documenting care and treatment according to current guidelines and serve as support for patients, relatives, and care staff. The work requires independence, flexibility, and good collaboration skills, as you work closely with colleagues and other professionals within the service.
