As a district nurse with us, you have the opportunity to follow the entire patient journey both through physical patient visits and digitally. You will work with specialists in general medicine, nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, psychologists, dietitians, medical secretaries, as well as occupational and physical therapists. We work in a multidisciplinary manner where everyone has great opportunities to influence the work environment and participate in developing new working methods. WORK DUTIES The position involves varied work tasks where there are good opportunities for professional development. You will work with acute patient flows, triage, reception work, telephone counseling, and participate in our digital platform PTJ 24. You have a central role in collaboration around the patient where you ensure good quality in care. You are an important part of developing and improving operations through sustainable routines and effective working methods. QUALIFICATIONS Authorized district nurse or registered nurse. Specialist competence in asthma/COPD, incontinence, and/or elderly care is meriting. You are comfortable working independently and are confident in your professional role and interested in providing high medical quality. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. PERSONAL QUALITIES We are looking for someone who is positive, confident, and stable. You are self-driven, flexible, responsible, and want to make a difference for both patients and colleagues. You are professional in your approach and prioritize putting the patient first. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
