The administration is in a phase of changes and improvement work and you have the opportunity to actively contribute to developing the municipal development process in its various aspects. As a manager, you also have personnel and working environment responsibility as well as overall budget responsibility, and you work for a long-term sustainable economy where the operations' resources are used in a responsible and efficient manner. In the role, you lead and develop the operations within your area of responsibility with a focus on quality, results and future development. You monitor the achievement of the operations' goals and create conditions for responsibilities and authorities to be utilized in the best way. Through close collaboration with residents, employees and other stakeholders, you contribute to building trust and good relationships. Qualifications The role requires an academic degree, at least a bachelor's degree, with a focus on the business area that the employer deems relevant. You have at least five years of professional experience as a manager and experience managing managers. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of the municipal development process. It is an advantage if you have completed a leadership development program and have experience as a manager within organizations or companies active in the municipal development process. We also view favorably experience in regulatory authority and work in a politically governed organization. Experience in business development and change management is also an advantage. A driver's license (class B) is required. As a person, you are confident and mature in your professional role, with a strong focus on the operations' mandate, goals and results. You have good collaboration skills, an analytical approach and the ability to create engagement, participation and clear direction for the operations.
