Your Role As a warehouse supervisor, you have a central role in daily warehouse operations. You lead and allocate work, ensure proper staffing, and monitor operations based on safety, quality, and efficiency. You work closely with employees, other departments, and external parties and also have an important role in developing work methods and processes. Your main responsibilities: - Lead, plan, and allocate daily work within the warehouse - Have personnel responsibility, including staffing, follow-up, onboarding, and employee development - Be the contact person for internal and external parties related to warehouse operations - Coordinate service, repairs, and maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities - Monitor KPIs, costs, and resource utilization and analyze operational results - Drive improvement initiatives in work methods, processes, safety, and quality - Ensure that routines and instructions are updated and followed About You You are a confident and clear leader who thrives in close operational work. You are well-organized and find it easy to plan, prioritize, and create order even at a high pace. As a person, you are communicative, relationship-building, and solution-oriented and are motivated by developing both people and work methods. Safety and quality are natural priorities for you. We are looking for someone who has: - Upper secondary education or higher - Several years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or industrial supervision - Experience with personnel responsibility - Good understanding of warehouse flows, material handling, and safety - Experience planning and monitoring operations based on goals and KPIs - Forklift certification and knowledge of forklift and warehouse safety - Experience with improvement initiatives and development of work methods - Good system knowledge, for example from business, warehouse, or logistics systems - Good Swedish in speech and writing as well as basic English It is meritorious to have experience from process industry, production, terminals, or larger warehouse operations, as well as knowledge of budgeting, LEAN/5S, and systematic occupational health and safety work.
