JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a support assistant, you will work largely with supporting residents in their daily lives. The role includes responsibility for and designing clear structure, establishing implementation plans, documenting and collaborating with representatives, guardians, daytime activities, and others. You focus on what service users find meaningful and are involved in creating a developing daily life based on new and established methods. Based on our service users' needs, we need a reliable staff team that works methodically and inquisitively according to our pedagogical approach. The role includes promoting the development of service users' resources to provide the best possible conditions for an independent life with high quality of life. The work involves varied working hours. This means you will work daytime, evening shifts, weekends, and on-call nights. One of the positions will also involve some working time at a neighboring unit within the same management area.
