Unika's LSS residential care in Fristad offers meaningful and inspiring work days where you get to work together with our clients who have various disabilities. Our residential facility serves individuals within category 1 according to LSS 9:9, which includes people with intellectual disabilities, autism or autism-like conditions with a focus on comorbidity or additional psychiatric diagnoses. We are now seeking temporary staff who want to become part of our team – with the possibility of extension! About the Temporary Staff Role at Unika At Unika, you will work to provide a meaningful and predictable daily life with plenty of structure for those living with us. We work goal-oriented based on the assignment plan, using a professional and salutogenic approach while working within the organization's resources and budget. We adapt our work to each individual's circumstances and needs, with the individual's personal implementation plan as our starting point. Our goal is for service users to become as independent as possible, and we support them in using their own resources to develop and achieve good quality of life. Our working approach includes low-affective interaction and clear pedagogy. Qualifications Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Category B driver's license Previous experience working within LSS or healthcare and care services Upper secondary education such as children and youth program, healthcare and care program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or higher education in a relevant field Meritorious if you also have Meritorious if you have experience with AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) and low-affective interaction. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Terms of Employment Type of employment: Fixed-term employment/Temporary hourly position. Degree of service: Temporary hourly position. Work hours: Day, evening, weekend, sleeping on-call. Awake night shifts may occur. Start date: By agreement; we view it positively if you can start shortly.
