About the Position As a facility technician at AGAB, you will perform various types of site work and construction projects. The tasks are varied and include both planned and urgent work such as: • Retaining walls • Paving • Landscaping work • Drainage and ground work About You We are looking for someone who is resourceful or has at least 1 year of experience with varied site construction projects. You should also be able to communicate in English. A Class B driver's license is required for this position. It is advantageous if you have experience with ground work, excavators, etc., Class C driver's license, and YKB certification. As a person, you are motivated, driven, responsible, and meticulous in your work. As a facility technician, you should be able to perform various types of ground and utility work, both independently and as part of a team. Since work is constantly changing, you must be flexible, unpretentious, and able to adapt to changing circumstances. The work is physically demanding and can at times be heavy.
