Full Stack Developer - Lawyer Contact Platform Project Description: The full stack developer will build a contact platform where visitors can search for lawyers, view profiles, and submit inquiries. The goal is a basic and easy-to-use service. Existing Tools: - Domain - Web hosting with Hostup.se - Storage with Hostup.se - Website builder (Sitejet and Sitepad) - PHP/MySQL - Softaculous apps - cPanel The platform should be built on these tools plus free and open source components. Technical Requirements: - PHP/MySQL (or equivalent) - Hostup.se as base - Open source code - Simple architecture - Responsive design (Android, iOS, and desktop) Security, GDPR, and Spam Protection: Since the platform handles sensitive personal data (names, emails, phone numbers, and messages from visitors to lawyers), the solution must meet the following: - The admin panel must be protected with strong authentication (e.g., two-factor authentication or password policy). - All communication must be encrypted via HTTPS. - Code must be written with security in focus – protection against SQL injection, XSS, and CSRF according to OWASP guidelines. - Sensitive data (e.g., inquiry messages) must be encrypted in the database so they cannot be read by unauthorized users, not even with database access. - Spam protection: The inquiry form must be protected against robots via CAPTCHA (e.g., reCAPTCHA), honeypot fields, or rate limiting. - The platform must comply with GDPR regarding data minimization, storage limitation, right to deletion, and information security. Functional Requirements: 1. Lawyer Database (Master List) The following fields are stored for each lawyer: Name, law firm, region, city, contact information, website, practice areas (multiple), hourly rate, payment terms, languages, remote meeting (yes/no), legal insurance (yes/no), legal aid (yes/no), accepts new clients (yes/no/limited), and a bio. 2. Search and Filter Visitors must be able to filter lawyers by: Region, city, practice area, language, hourly rate, remote meeting, legal insurance, legal aid, and "accepts new clients". 3. Lawyer Profile The profile page displays database information: Name/law firm, region, city, practice areas, hourly rate, payment terms, languages, contact information, and a button labeled "Send Inquiry". 4. Inquiry Form The form collects visitor's name, email, phone, message, and matter type. It must be equipped with spam protection (e.g., CAPTCHA) to prevent robots from sending messages. The message is sent to the lawyer and simultaneously saved encrypted in the database for follow-up. Additionally, there are checkboxes for preferences regarding remote meeting, legal insurance, and legal aid. No login is required for the visitor. 5. Email Management When an inquiry is submitted, the lawyer receives an email with: - Subject: "CLIENT INQUIRY" - All information from the form - Sender information from the platform - An automatic confirmation to the visitor's email 6. Administration Admin panel that enables: - Add, edit, and delete lawyers - Modify filter data (e.g., practice areas and cities) - Publish and unpublish lawyers 7. Homepage - Search function directly on the homepage - Filter for practice area, region, and city - User-friendly design 8. Excluded Mobile app, CRM, user login, chat, payment integration, booking system, statistics, AI features, user and lawyer accounts with login, or automatic matching. 9.
