Residential Support Worker for Hourly Positions - Immediate Start!

We are currently seeking staff for our LSS residential facility in Kville. Today we are looking for individuals for hourly positions. The group home consists of six residential units plus common areas and is for service user category 1. You will become part of a wonderful work team and have great opportunities to contribute to positive development. Our ambition is to shape the best residential care of the future! We offer continuous internal training and supervision to create quality and development for you. The people we work with in our LSS activities are individuals with neuropsychiatric disabilities and autism that can lead to behaviors where we as professionals need to redirect, support, and prevent. We work in a structured way with low-intensity interaction based on each individual's special needs. This places great demands on the right attitude and approach to both the work and your colleagues.
