Now looking to expand with an additional assistant. The position is 20%. Before starting, you will be offered 2 weeks of paid introductory training. The role also includes the opportunity to cover for absences due to illness and during vacation. It would be a great plus if you see this position as long-term. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the days have meaningful content. You will receive training on functional impairments and method use, as well as supervision from a psychologist. You always work together with a colleague. Expectations of You You should ideally have experience working in care services. You should be easy to collaborate with, flexible, and open to new methods and ways of working. You will work according to a rotating schedule: day/evening/overnight on-call.
