I am a 20-year-old who is looking for a new personal assistant to support me in my daily life. I have a disability and need help with various aspects of life, both at home and at school and activities. You will work closely with me and be an important part of my everyday life. The work involves helping with personal hygiene, meals, planning the day, and accompanying and engaging me at school and activities. Who are you? I am looking for someone who is attentive, empathetic, and responsible. You have a genuine interest in working with people, are flexible, and can easily adapt to different situations. Experience in care work or health and support services is a plus, but we place greatest emphasis on your personality and your ability to treat others with respect and consideration. • You are thorough and have good judgment. • You can work independently but also collaborate well with others. • You are a problem-solver and can handle stressful situations with calm and patience. • You have good communication skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. • A driver's license is a plus, but not a requirement. It is an advantage if you have experience working with young people with CP injuries and can manage a breathing apparatus (Bi-PAP), feeding pump for PEG tube, and ceiling lift. Most importantly, you are someone who can see me as a whole person and plan and structure my daily life independently. You should view the work as long-term, as it takes time for me to get used to new assistants. You must master Swedish fluently in both speech and writing, as this is important for communication and documentation. About the employment Employment type: Hourly employment Salary: Hourly rate according to collective agreement Working hours: Active assistance 24/7 divided into day, evening, and night shifts according to an adapted schedule.
