About the position As Workshop Manager at Palfinger, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of our service workshop in Malmö. You lead a team of skilled mechanics and ensure that work is planned, distributed, and performed with high quality and good customer experience. The role is operational, which means you both lead and participate in the work when needed. You work closely with customers, colleagues, and suppliers and have an important role in developing the business forward.
