Balansgruppen (Balans HVB & Vågen HVB) works with young people who have sexual behavioral problems and/or trauma. We value everyday work as one of the most important interventions young people can receive during a placement. Treatment is provided 24 hours a day. You will work at the facility helping young people develop and use new skills so they can manage life outside the residential setting. Your work includes protecting young people so they feel safe and motivating them to use the skills they develop through talk therapy and group sessions.
