Head of Expansion ePARK
Are you ready to bring your innovative perspective and creative skills to ePARK as part of the SKIDATA Group and ASSA ABLOY? Join our team, headquartered in Gothenburg Sweden and enjoy a collaborative culture that empowers you to build a career you can be proud of. What you would do as our Head of Expansion ePARK The Head of Expansion at ePARK is a senior commercial leadership role reporting into the Head of ePARK, and connected closely with SKIDATA's Business Domain "Parking & Mobility". The role is driving ePARK's growth across Europe as it scales from a recently-acquired digital & SaaS business model with start-up spirit into a strategic growth engine within SKIDATA. The role combines hands-on market expansion with organization-building, with a clear mandate to grow revenue substantially over the coming years, deepen ePARK's mobility ecosystem, and strengthen alignment & synergies with SKIDATA. The role requires significant travel across Europe, particularly to markets ePARK is expanding into, and to SKIDATA's HQ (Salzburg/Austria). You would also: • Design and execute go-to-market & expansion strategies for new and existing markets, coordinating market entry in priority growth markets. • Complete ePARK's commercial and operational alignment with SKIDATA, with an effective go-to-market approach for ePARK and SKIDATA regional sales teams. • Work closely with the Head of ePARK to build up a scalable organization with high-performing teams and grow your own leadership scope significantly over time. • Grow ePARK's mobility ecosystem by identifying, negotiating, and integrating strategic partnerships in alignment with SKIDATA (e.g. EV charging, mobility hubs, tech partners). • Own delivery of revenue and mobility solution targets, balancing growth investment with EBIT targets and reporting progress to key stakeholders. The skills and experience you need We are looking for someone who: • Has 8+ years in leadership roles with experience in commercial & business development assignments, ideally with P&L responsibility, and a proven track record of scaling businesses through profitable growth (from growth-stage to scale-up). • Has leadership experience within B2B SaaS or a strong understanding of recurring revenue models (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, customer success), ideally with proximity to our Industry and/or Business Model (e.g. PropTech, Mobility, Security Tech, IoT, Digital Platforms, or FinTech). • Has proven experience coordinating international market expansion — entering new countries, building local organizations/partner ecosystems, and operating across multiple cultures. • Has strong background in complex B2B enterprise sales and strategic partnerships, including negotiating long sales cycles and building executive-level relationships. • Has experience building and scaling teams through significant growth, combined with strong strategic and analytical capability to turn KPIs and data into execution. Success in this role calls for an assured, entrepreneurial leader who thrives on ambiguity and moves fast without losing precision. The ideal person is commercially sharp and execution-oriented — someone who can think beyond quarterly targets to build long-term value, while still staying hands-on enough to drive results day to day. They build trust easily across cultures and stakeholder levels, from local market teams to senior leadership and strategic partners, and they guide by example rather than relying on hierarchy or prestige. Resilience matters here: this is a role that requires navigating organizational complexity and change with a steady hand, communicating clearly and honestly, and creating momentum and accountability within a team that will grow substantially under their guidance. Leadership responsibility will be indirect at first, growing into direct people guidance over time. What we offer We're passionate about providing amazing opportunities and benefits, so you can continue and progress a lifelong career with us – here's what we have to offer: • Career development opportunities in an exciting, growing environment. • The chance to make a real impact and drive ePARK's expansion to sustainable success. • The opportunity to be part of a fast-growing organisation and platform. • A combination of a start-up environment within ePARK and the maturity of an industry leader with a large global footprint through SKIDATA, backed by the strength of the ASSA ABLOY Group. • A competitive salary and incentive scheme. We review applications regularly, so don't wait We are building diverse, inclusive teams, and encourage applications from everyone who can see themselves working with us. Jurist - Commercial Contract Law and Corporate Law. Hybrid
The company is an AI-driven legal start-up that challenges the traditional legal industry. We combine qualified business law expertise with advanced AI technology, modern working methods, and a business-focused delivery model. The company is run by lawyers, entrepreneurs, and developers with the goal of transforming how legal services are produced, delivered, and scaled – without compromising on quality, legal precision, or client value. We work closely with growth companies, tech companies, life science companies, and other business-driven enterprises that need fast, qualified, and pragmatic legal advice in their daily operations. With us, legal services are not an isolated support function. They are a tool for business, risk management, structure, and growth. What We Offer We deliver qualified legal services through an AI-based and scalable working model. We combine senior legal expertise with smart technology, structured processes, and a clear commercial focus. Our clients are not just looking for legally correct answers. They want advice that is understandable, usable, and connected to their business. This is why we work closely with management, founders, boards, and operational teams. We are growing rapidly and are in an expansive phase. The right person will play a central role in developing both client relationships, working methods, and tomorrow's legal offerings. The Role We are looking for a business lawyer with approximately 5–10 years of experience and a clear focus on commercial contract law and corporate law. You will work independently with your own client relationships and be an important legal sparring partner for growing companies. This role suits you if you enjoy qualified business law but also want to work faster, smarter, and more business-focused than what traditional legal environments typically allow. You will work with, among other things: • commercial contracts, such as customer agreements, supplier agreements, SaaS agreements, partnership agreements, consultant agreements, distribution agreements, and collaboration agreements, • corporate law matters such as new share issuances, shareholder agreements, incentive programs, corporate governance, board matters, restructurings, and owner-related issues, • ongoing advice to startups, scaleups, and SME companies, • legal advice close to management, founders, and commercial decision-makers, • development of our AI-driven working model and internal legal processes. You are expected not just to deliver legal services, but also to contribute to how legal services can be delivered better, faster, and more customer-tailored. Who We Are Looking For We believe you have a law degree and approximately 5–10 years of relevant experience from, for example, a law firm, corporate legal department, consulting firm, or other qualified business law environment. You are comfortable working independently, taking responsibility for your own matters, and having direct client contact. You have strong legal methodology, commercial understanding, and the ability to translate complex legal issues into clear and useful advice. We would like to see that you have experience in several of the following areas: • commercial contract law, • corporate law, • SaaS, tech, or digital business models, • startups, scaleups, or entrepreneur-driven companies, • advice close to management, boards, or founders, • transaction-related or project-based legal work. It is a merit if you have special experience in or interest for life science, such as pharmaceuticals, medtech, biotech, regulatory matters, distribution agreements, licensing agreements, or commercial collaborations within the sector. Personal Qualities To thrive with us, you need to be both a lawyer and an entrepreneur in your way of working. We believe you are: • business-driven and pragmatic, • confident in client dialogue and used to taking responsibility, • action-oriented and proactive, • structured without being bureaucratic, • unpretentious and solution-oriented, • curious about AI, technology, and new working methods, • comfortable in an environment where not everything is pre-built. With us, we build while we run. This means you need to like development, change, and responsibility. At the same time, you will have great opportunities to influence how we work, what we build, and what kind of law firm we should become. Team and Culture We are a small but growing team with high ambitions. The culture is characterized by entrepreneurship, pace, responsibility, and close collaboration. We do not believe in legal services that are produced in silos or hidden behind unnecessary complexity. We believe in clarity, business understanding, quality, and delivery. We are looking for people who want to be part of building something new – not just maintaining old working methods in a new package. We Offer: great influence over working methods, client model, and legal delivery, close client contact and own responsibility from the start, the opportunity to work with exciting growth companies and entrepreneur-driven clients, a modern, AI-driven work environment, flexible working methods with the opportunity to work hybrid, office in central Gothenburg, the opportunity for an incentive program and eventually co-ownership for the right person We are looking for you who want to be part of building the future of business law advice. With us, you get to combine qualified legal expertise with entrepreneurship, AI, and business-focused advice – in a company where your contribution makes a real difference from day one. You will be employed directly by the company. You will receive information about which company the ad applies to when you are in contact with the recruiter. Bumbli Group is therefore not the employer but the recruitment company. Welcome with your application!
