Consultants are directly crucial for many of Sweden's municipalities to function optimally – this could involve difficulties with recruitment, temporary peaks in cases, or sick leave and parental leave that create a need for temporary staff. We have Social Worker assignments throughout Sweden. How It Works The first step to working as a consultant with us is that we create a profile for you in our business system. We start with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how consultant work functions. We also need a number of documents from you to create a profile in our system, such as your CV and diploma. We then use this profile to match you with and suggest relevant assignments that fit your background and wishes. If you think an assignment sounds interesting, we agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can either invoice through your own company or work as an employee and receive your salary each month as usual. We are always in agreement about all details before we send a presentation of you to our client – it is always you who chooses what you are interested in.
