As a consultant, you will come in and support units that are in great need of extra help and make a real difference, both for the existing staff and for the clients. Consultants are directly crucial for many of Sweden's municipalities to function optimally – this could be due to difficulties in recruitment, temporary peaks in cases, or sick leave and parental leave that require temporary staff. We have Social Worker assignments throughout Sweden. How it works The first step to working as a consultant through us is that we create a profile for you in our management system. We start with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how the consulting profession works. We also need a number of documents from you to create a profile in our system, such as your CV and diploma. We then use this profile to match you with and suggest relevant assignments that suit your background and preferences. If you think an assignment sounds interesting, we agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can both invoice through your own company, or work as an employee and receive your salary each month as usual.
