The Role As a Business Process & Systems Analyst, you will lead a comprehensive effort to map and analyze our workflows and information flows within HR, Finance, Compliance, Background Checks, and Security Operations. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the company, conduct interviews and workshops, analyze current-state practices, and provide recommendations for improvements or future system solutions. The role reports directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). This is a key role in a strategically important modernization project to influence how Vesper Group's future systems and processes are shaped. Job Duties and Responsibilities Map, document, and visualize core business processes at a high and mid-level. Identify how data is created, stored, shared, and used across the organization. Conduct interviews, workshops, and workflow observations with process owners and subject-matter experts. Identify risks, inefficiencies, duplications, and manual workarounds. Inventory current tools and systems and analyze their strengths and limitations. Provide recommendations for improvements, consolidation, or new system implementations. When needed, develop conceptual models, mockups, or simple prototypes to illustrate potential solutions. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field. Experience in business operations, project coordination, or project management. Demonstrated ability to understand, analyze, and document business processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Solid technical understanding, preferably demonstrated through developing or building applications or technical solutions. Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: data analysis, project management, cybersecurity. Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders. Fluent English, both spoken and written. Fluent Arabic, both spoken and written. Understanding of, or experience working within, regions where Vesper Group has previously been active. Experience with digital transformation or system change initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Additional language skills. Experience working in international or multicultural environments. Involvement in extracurricular activities, student organizations, self-initiated projects, or entrepreneurial efforts. Ability to propose innovative solutions, conceptual ideas, or technical improvements. Experience from organizations that handle security critical processes is beneficial but not required.

Then you might be the person we're looking for. M.O.A.S – Meat On A Stick – is seeking a Service Manager (FOH) for our restaurant on Södermalm. This is a role for someone who loves restaurant life and wants to combine hands-on service with leadership and responsibility for daily operations. You'll work in the middle of the action with your team, while ensuring that service, staffing, routines, and results all work as they should. Land and Infrastructure Consultant for Substation Project 12–420 kV Assignment with Ellevio – network planning and substation engineering across the entire regional network, from Hälsingland to Halland Soros Consulting AB is seeking an experienced land and infrastructure consultant on behalf of a client for an assignment with Ellevio. You will work closely with network planners and project managers in planning and engineering transformer and switchgear stations in the 12–420 kV range, from early planning stages through to completed request for proposal (RFP) documentation for contractor procurement. The assignment encompasses everything from general assessments to detailed geotechnical and infrastructure studies and evaluation materials. You will be part of a project group led by a network planner or project manager depending on the project phase, and will collaborate with Ellevio's permitting specialists (nature/cultural environment and permits) as well as network planners working on 3D modeling of station layouts. The objective is to collectively ensure that the selected station location is technically feasible, cost-effective, and maintains an acceptable risk level from land, environmental, and infrastructure perspectives. Scope of Work As specialist support to network planners and project management, you will work on, among other things: Land, environmental, and foundation conditions Development of evaluation materials on environmental matters Constructability assessments Risk assessments related to geotechnics, hydrogeology, and environment Cost and implementation impacts of different location alternatives Outdoor switchgear stations typically include a control building, foundations for switchgear frames and equipment, oil sumps for transformers, stormwater and drainage solutions, road construction, and fencing and safety measures – all components must be considered within the assignment. Implementation in Three Stages Each stage is documented in a written memo with examined alternatives, technical prerequisites, identified risks and uncertainties, advantages and disadvantages, cost estimation, and recommended alternative. Stage 1 – General Screening Early assessment of suitable station locations together with network planners: map studies (e.g., SGU), site visits and visual inspections, and general assessment of geotechnical, environmental, and hydrogeological conditions. Stage 2 – In-Depth Verification Technical assurance for continued engineering, through leading and interpreting results from, for example, probe drilling (STI), groundwater wells, test pits, and environmental site assessment (MTU) – you do not need to perform all tasks yourself.
