About the Position
Perido is looking for a skilled customer service representative who is fluent in Swedish and Finnish for our client, which operates throughout the Nordic region and provides services to both individuals and businesses. The work is conducted at an office located just north of Stockholm.
In your role as a customer service representative, you will be the bank's face to customers. You will be part of a dedicated team that together supports users via phone and email. You help customers navigate the bank's digital tools and answer questions about invoices, transactions, complaints, credit, and interest rates. The goal is always to deliver the highest possible quality and ensure a highly satisfactory customer experience.
Your Main Responsibilities
Provide excellent support and advice via phone and email - in Swedish and Finnish
Handle and answer questions regarding invoices, transactions, complaints, credit, and interest rates
Guide and assist customers in the bank's digital services (website and app)
Work actively to ensure high quality and the best possible customer experience

Qualifications:
Experience in service, for example from customer service, retail, restaurants, or similar professions
Comfortable with phone and email as your primary work tools
Fluent knowledge of Swedish and Finnish (both spoken and written)
Merits:
Experience from banking, finance, or regulated operations
A stated interest in banking, finance, or card operations
Scope and Start Date
Full-time, consultant assignment for 6 months, initially through Perido. Thereafter, possibility of extension or recruitment directly to the bank with the aim of the assignment transitioning into a permanent position. Start immediately.
