You will work in customer service supporting customers with technical questions related to the systems and services that our client offers their customers. That said, you don't need to be technically inclined for the role—you will learn those parts during your employment. Since the company works with finance, it is advantageous if you have some understanding of finance from before. We Are Looking For You For this position, much weight is placed on finding the right person with the right attitude. Has previous relevant experience (could be customer service, could be technical support, could be that phone contact was a large part of your work overall) Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English well, as both languages are used in the role.
