About the Role of Support Assistant As a Support Assistant, you will provide individually tailored support to people with functional variations, with the goal of promoting their independence and well-being in daily life. You will assist residents in their daily routines and activities based on their needs and abilities, always using their personal implementation plan as a starting point.
