Occupational Therapist at Growing Rehabilitation Clinic

Bräcke Rehabmottagning Mölndal is expanding! We are growing our operations and are now looking for both physical therapists and occupational therapists to join our team. If you are a physical therapist or occupational therapist, this is an opportunity to join us at a stage where the clinic is already functioning well, but where there is still room to influence what the next steps should be. We are a medium-sized clinic with 15 employees. Physical therapists, occupational therapists, and a speech pathologist work here with a broad mandate within primary care rehabilitation. We also have a neurology team, which is an important part of the clinic's offerings and reflects the breadth of expertise we have. As part of Bräcke diakoni, we are mission-driven. This means our mission begins with a holistic view of the individual and a desire to make a positive difference both in daily life and in society. As we grow, we do so not for growth's sake, but to reach more people and create better conditions for both patients and employees. Close to colleagues, decisions, and development With us, there should be room to do good patient work and contribute to how we work. That's why we have short paths to decisions, close feedback, AI support for documentation, and an individual competency plan that provides direction for your development over time. An idea doesn't need to pass through many levels before it can be discussed or tested. Here you get to be part of developing working methods and contribute with what engages you in your profession. Mission-driven work that makes a difference As an employee at the rehabilitation clinic, you become part of Bräcke diakoni—a larger mission-driven organization with operations in support, care, and social services at several locations across the country. We exist to contribute to a more compassionate society, where people feel seen, heard, and included. This shows in our interactions with those we serve, but also in how we work together: knowledge is shared, different perspectives are valued, and every employee can influence our operations. We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist and want to contribute both your professional expertise and your personal commitment in an organization that is growing and developing. The clinic is located in Mölndal, close to Gothenburg with convenient travel routes. If you drive, there is free parking at the workplace. We welcome your application!
