QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a university degree or other post-secondary qualification with relevant focus for the target group, such as pedagogy or social work, or another focus that the employer deems relevant. You have experience meeting and supporting people with mental health challenges and feel comfortable working in a relationship-based manner with the individual's needs, resources, and possibilities in focus. Knowledge of mental health, low-arousal approaches, and motivational interviewing (MI) are merits, as is experience leading groups, planning activities, or working in employment and meeting place facilities.
