Studies in pedagogy assistance are required; applicants without the required pedagogy assistant education may be hired on the condition that they complete it after starting employment. Employment is offered on a fixed-term basis with the possibility of renewal. The pedagogy assistant's responsibilities include supporting the daily educator in educational work with children, assisting in organizing daily routines and leisure activities, and maintaining basic documentation according to the daily educator's instructions.
