We are a team of experts who help children, young people and their families cope with challenging life situations. We collaborate with schools, social services, municipalities and other professionals and together we look for ways to provide children and families with the necessary support. A case manager is a person who connects all important actors around a child or family, helps find solutions and coordinates individual support steps so that they make sense and meet the family's actual needs. Every story is different. Sometimes we help a family find the way to needed services, sometimes we support cooperation between school and parents, or we coordinate help from multiple professionals at once.
