Investment Technician (M/F)

• Preparation or execution of small-scale investments or portions of large-scale investments • Gathering and evaluation of construction requirements, determination of optimal implementation methods, and preparation of specifications • Development of investment plan proposals • Preparation of investment project selection procedures from a technical perspective • Execution of technical supervision on behalf of the developer • Preparation and provision of documentation for building permits Meal vouchers, contribution to supplemental pension savings or pension insurance, 4 days of paid leave Applicant Requirements: • Natural person, Czech Republic citizen or foreign national with permanent residence in the Czech Republic, over 18 years of age • Legal capacity and clean criminal record • Czech language proficiency • Higher vocational education in construction or technical field, or secondary education with maturita examination • PC skills (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook) • Category B driver's license • Reliability, independence, responsibility, and flexibility Applicants must submit a written application containing the following information: • Name, surname, and title • Date and place of birth • Citizenship • Permanent place of residence • Identification number or residence permit number (for foreign nationals) • Phone contact • Date and signature The following documents must be attached to the application: • CV with information about previous employment, professional knowledge, and skills • Criminal record extract not older than 3 months; for foreign nationals, an equivalent certificate of good conduct issued by the home country; if the home country does not issue such a document, good conduct must be certified by statutory declaration • Certified copy of the document confirming highest level of education attained Written applications must be sent no later than 21.09.2026 by 12:00 to: Město Velké Meziříčí Attention of Secretary of Velké Meziříčí City Hall Ing.
