Ankarskolan and Spannarps skola share a common intake area in the southwestern part of Varbergs kommun. Ankarskolan has 570 grades F-9 students and Spannarps skola has approximately 30 grades F-3 students. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES You will work in a substitute pool for grades F-9, either as a substitute class teacher or as a substitute at the recreation center, primarily at Ankarskolan, but you may also need to work at Spannarps skola. You may teach students in grades F-9 in both theoretical and practical subjects and at the recreation center. You may be responsible for planning activities individually and together with colleagues. Motivating and inspiring students is your greatest driving force. As a recreation center teacher with us, you have a central role in creating a safe, developmental, and motivating environment for students where we facilitate the best possible learning experience. Together with your colleagues, you develop relational leadership where teaching quality is in focus. By planning, implementing, and following up on your varied instruction, you give students the opportunity to develop both socially and academically. You work to strengthen their creativity, curiosity, and self-esteem through play, creative activities, and movement. Examples of work tasks: - Develop instruction based on scientific evidence and proven experience. - Take responsibility for clear leadership that promotes student learning, participation, and influence. - Plan and follow up on recreation center instruction based on your choice of pedagogical and didactic strategies, adapted to students' needs. - Meet each student at their level of academic progress and contribute to developing accessible learning environments. - Collaborate with colleagues to create continuity in student learning throughout the school day. - Take responsibility for being a good role model and contribute to organization, planning, and evaluation of instruction.
