Sales & Procurement Assistant

As a trading company with nearly 20 years of experience in the welding technology market, we specialize in welding machines, positioning systems, welding tables and clamping systems, welding safety equipment, and more. We purchase directly from foreign manufacturers and supply customers not only in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We are looking for a team member for the position of Sales & Procurement Assistant. What you will do with us: - You will be responsible for coordinating the purchase of goods. - Collaborate on sales cases when selling goods. - Coordinate orders, delivery schedules, and monitor their progress. - Handle administration related to purchasing and sales (orders, invoices, shipping, customs documents). - Communicate with carriers and arrange the transportation of goods from abroad. - Prepare materials, summaries, and simple analyses for management. - You will communicate with customers and manage their requests. You will need: - Communication and organizational skills. - English language knowledge at a conversational level. - Independence, reliability, and a proactive approach. - The ability to follow through on tasks and pay attention to details. - Computer literacy (frequent work with Excel).
