Serigmo Care is a care company that offers services within HVB (residential treatment), short-term housing, supported housing, and transitional apartments for adults with various forms of substance abuse issues. Many of our clients also have some form of neurodevelopmental variation or suffer from mental health issues. We also work with changing criminal thought patterns and behaviors. Our operations are geographically located in Mälardalen, Västra Götaland, and Skåne. We are seeking an engaged and experienced social or treatment pedagogue who wants to make a difference for our target group. Serigmo Care Bollerup is a licensed facility with 13 places for adults, men and women aged 22-60 with substance abuse/dependency issues. Many of our clients also need to work with criminal thought patterns and behaviors. We are looking for someone who is a Treatment Pedagogue, Social Pedagogue, or has other appropriate education for the role of treatment provider. It is desirable that you have experience in treatment work and one or more advanced trainings such as: ÅP, MI, CRA, KSL or other suitable training/course. You are well-versed in a work approach based on CBT, which is the method we apply. You put the client in focus and have a low-key approach. Main responsibilities: · Contact person for placed clients · Individual treatment conversations · Conduct manual-based groups (e.g. relapse prevention, social skills training, etc.) · Drug testing for both alcohol and drugs · Document according to applicable legislation and operational guidelines · Create implementation plans, write monthly and final reports · Contact with commissioners · Upon delegation from nurse, dispense medication Working hours are varied and scheduled with some on-call nights, maximum 6 occasions per 4-week period. Requirements: Treatment Pedagogue/Social Pedagogue or education that the employer deems equivalent Experience with the target group and/or HVB operations Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing B-category driver's license (preferably for manual transmission) Merits: Training in manual-based treatment methods, e.g., Relapse Prevention Training in MI, NADA or other training valuable for the operations
