Job Description As a service advisor, you are responsible for customer contact throughout the entire process and provide support and guidance. Our customers should feel they have received professional treatment and exceptional service before, during, and after their visit. Your main responsibilities will be to: book customers, receive the customer's vehicle, price completed work, and finally review the work performed with the customer when returning their vehicle. You will also work with value-added sales, assess warranty claims, handle customer complaints, manage insurance claims, and guide customers on technical matters. Therefore, we require that you have a strong interest in cars. In addition to your personal customer service, the computer and its systems are your primary work tools. Qualifications You are aware of what good service means. High stress tolerance. Previous experience from service professions. Completed upper secondary education. Good administrative skills. Computer proficiency and knowledge of the Office suite. You have at least a B driver's license. Manual transmission is a requirement. Swedish language in both speech and writing, and English to be able to read manuals. Vehicle technical training. Experience working in Automaster; CABAS, ELSA, and ETKA. Meritorious Documented experience in similar positions. Great interest and some experience in the automotive industry. Experience and knowledge of any of our brands (Volkswagen, Seat, Skoda, Audi). Personal Qualities You are passionate about providing service and always work to exceed customer expectations. You are efficient in your work, take initiative, and have a flexible working style where you can work toward multiple goals simultaneously, even under time pressure. It is important that you are a problem-solver, as in this role you will meet different types of people and situations. You are attentive and know what you need to do to create a personal relationship with the customer and meet their needs.
