Accountant We are looking for a reliable and careful person who wants to start their career in accounting, or alternatively change jobs and learn something new in a stable, modern, and medium-sized company.
We are 4soft, s.r.o. - a Czech manufacturing and assembly company that creates safe surfaces for playgrounds, sports facilities, and public spaces. What awaits you with us?
You will lead accounting in a medium-sized company that is not a corporation. The work is diverse because we are a manufacturing and assembly company with projects in the Czech Republic and abroad.
You will not be alone with the accounting agenda. You will cooperate with a colleague with whom you can flexibly arrange coverage. At the same time, an experienced tax advisor will supervise your work, and you can contact them at any time with a question or request for advice.
We are gradually digitalizing accounting - we no longer print and stick documents into folders, but we try to work in a more modern, transparent, and efficient way.
Job responsibilities
- work in the POHODA accounting system,
- recording and posting received and issued invoices,
- recording and posting of assets,
- cooperation with the tax advisor,
- processing VAT, control, and summary statements,
- preparation of payment bank documents,
- posting of bank statement items and payment matching,
- other minor accounting and administrative tasks.
What do we expect from you?
- secondary/higher education in the economics field, or vocational training in the field,
- basic knowledge of accounting and desire to improve further in the field,
- carefulness, independence, and a responsible approach,
- good computer skills and basic knowledge of MS Excel,
- basics of the English language,
- willingness to learn new things and gradually take on responsibility.
Knowledge of the POHODA accounting system is a great advantage, but not a requirement. If you have a good foundation, a desire to learn, and a responsible approach, we will be happy to train you.
