We are now seeking an accounting assistant for a temporary position in our accounting department. We are looking for someone who enjoys varied work tasks, likes structure and accuracy, and wants to be an important part of our accounting team. About the Role As an accounting assistant, you will work in the company's accounting function and contribute to ensuring that our financial processes run efficiently and correctly. The role includes both ongoing accounting work and administrative tasks, while also giving you the opportunity to contribute to the development of our working methods and procedures. You will become part of an engaged team where collaboration and knowledge sharing are a natural part of everyday work. Your main responsibilities will be: · Handling of supplier invoices and accounts payable as well as payments · Recording and review of financial documentation · Ongoing bookkeeping and account reconciliations · Support to the accounting department during monthly and annual closing · Administrative tasks related to the accounting function · Participation in improvement and development work within the accounting department This position is a 6-month full-time temporary role, with the possibility of extension. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who has education in accounting, for example from a vocational college, university college, or university. You may be early in your career or have a few years of experience with basic accounting work. To thrive in this role, we believe you: · Are thorough, organized, and responsible · Have good administrative skills and enjoy order and structure · Are service-minded and collaborate well with others · Feel comfortable working both independently and in a team · Have a positive attitude and a desire to develop You have good knowledge of Office 365, and speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English.
