The position involves a combination of distance teaching and physical presence on-site. About the Position As a teacher of mathematics and science, you will: Teach mathematics at basic and upper secondary levels Teach natural science subjects at basic and/or upper secondary levels Plan, implement, assess, and follow up on teaching in accordance with applicable educational guidelines Work in a motivating and structured manner with clear goals to support students' learning and progression Adapt teaching to adult students' varying prior knowledge, needs, and study pace Maintain regular student contact via learning platform, digital meetings, and email Work with both distance and remote teaching as well as on-site instruction and examination Collaborate with colleagues and other functions within the organization Actively contribute to the school's systematic quality and development work Start Date: December 1, 2026. We Are Looking for You If You: Are a certified teacher with qualifications in mathematics and/or science subjects at basic and/or upper secondary level Have experience teaching in adult education or other relevant teaching experience Have good experience with digital teaching and digital learning platforms Can work independently, in a structured manner, and with a solution-oriented approach Have a clear focus on students and the ability to meet students with different backgrounds Have good collaboration skills and enjoy working collegially Experience with Komvux as well as distance and remote teaching is a merit. We are expanding and seeking instructors in the culinary field for our restaurant training program in Stockholm (Sollentuna) Are you ready to shape the next generation of restaurant professionals and help people get closer to the job market? About the Job As an instructor, you will have primary responsibility for the educational content, structure, and implementation of the program. You will plan, deliver, and evaluate the training while ensuring that instruction meets both participants' needs and labor market demands. You will be an important part of participants' journey toward independence and employment. This is a varied role where classroom lectures are combined with practical training based on the Swedish National Agency for Education's curriculum. You will be part of a team with several colleagues in the same field, all working toward the same goals. Your Responsibilities Design and oversee the program's content, planning, and delivery according to contract terms. Assess and apply appropriate pedagogical methods for each participant. Guide and inspire participants through practical and theoretical instruction. Participate in participant selection through testing and assessment of their potential. Collaborate with the Public Employment Service and other stakeholders to facilitate participants' path to employment. Handle administrative work related to the program. About You At least 1 year of full-time professional experience as a chef or in a related field. At least 2 years of full-time experience teaching adults in your vocational field (secondary education, municipal adult education, and/or labor market training) within the last 6 years. You are pedagogically skilled and able to adapt teaching methods to individual needs and circumstances. You have strong computer skills and are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
