With us, you will handle supplier quality of parts and materials for electric motor manufacturing – from sampling through complaints to verifying that implemented measures work in practice. If you enjoy quality, communication with suppliers, and analytical resolution of discrepancies, you will have the opportunity with us to truly make an impact. What will your job entail? Managing supplier quality of machined parts, castings, electrical components, and other production inputs. Handling supplier complaints from A to Z, including evaluation of measure effectiveness. Analysis of defect causes and proposal of corrective measures. Collaboration with production in resolving internal and supplier discrepancies. Communication with suppliers, the German headquarters, and internal teams (purchasing, technology, quality). Working in the CAQ system (with future SAP integration). Participation in supplier audits (approximately 3–5 per year). Quality reporting and evaluation of suppliers. Validation of selected processes (e.g., welding or magnet bonding). Your work will result in more stable delivery quality, faster complaint resolution, and better cooperation with key suppliers. What do we expect from you? Technical education – you need to understand drawings, manufacturing processes, and causes of defects. Fluent English or German for daily communication with suppliers and headquarters. Ability to work with facts and determine where a problem originates. Thoroughness in handling complaints from assignment through verification of measure effectiveness.
