What will your job entail? - Manual winding and assembly of electric motor rotors and stators. - Work according to technical documentation and work instructions. - Inspection of winding accuracy and work quality. - Collaboration with colleagues in the production and assembly team. - Your result will be a wired stator ready for the next production operation. What do we expect from you? - Manual dexterity, precision, and patience. - Responsibility and willingness to learn new technologies. - Time flexibility and ability to work in a two-shift operation. - This position is suitable for recent graduates or candidates without experience – we'll teach you everything needed.
