We are now looking for an operator with maintenance experience who will be involved in developing our new pellet factory in Ruda. A role where you get to help ensure that the facility operates optimally and where your work has a direct impact on efficiency, production, and safety. About the Role As an operator responsible for maintenance at our pellet factory, you are responsible for keeping the facility running by monitoring machines and performing the tasks and routines within your area of responsibility. You will also work with preventive and corrective maintenance and have close collaboration with the production manager, management, and external contractors. You will become part of a small team where you together ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable production of wood pellets – a climate-smart product that contributes to the energy transition. The role includes, among other things: Ongoing pellets production Performing service, troubleshooting, and maintenance on machines, conveyors, presses, and process equipment Acting quickly and methodically in case of operational disruptions to solve technical problems Having close dialogue with the production manager and other operators regarding planning of service and preventive measures Contributing to improvement work in operational safety, work environment, energy efficiency, and safety Assisting with loading bulk trucks and goods. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is practical, solution-oriented, and responsible. You work in a structured manner, have good planning and prioritization skills, and thrive in a role where you both work independently and together with others. About the role: As an operator in our pellets facility in Ruda, you are responsible for the daily operation of the plant. You monitor the production process, ensure that machines and equipment function as they should, and perform the routines required for safe and efficient production. The role includes, among other things: Operation and monitoring of pellets production Continuous monitoring of the facility's machines and processes Handover of current production status to the next shift Handling of minor operational and production disruptions Participation in loading bulk trucks and other goods Active participation in fire safety and work environment initiatives Contribute to continuous improvements by raising ideas and development suggestions Operation of wheel loaders as needed Your profile: We are looking for someone with a technical interest who enjoys a practical role in a manufacturing environment. You are self-driven but also collaborate well with others on the team. Experience from process industry, manufacturing, or similar operations is a plus, as is experience working with machinery and wheel loaders. As a person, you are responsible, thorough, and structured. You have a safety mindset in your work and contribute to good team spirit in the workplace.
